Free Pick-up from School !!!

Don’t let your kids become video game zombies. Keep your kids active in our After School Taekwondo Program. We offer free pick-up service from school to our facility, where your kids will participate in Taekwondo training. Following the lesson, students proceed to our after achool room for supervised homework session until parental pick-up time.

Taekwondo is the Korean national sport and is one of the most popular martial arts practiced world-wide. Taekwondo is the art of kicking and punching, with the overall goal of achieving balance through training of the mind an body. Training at Chung’s Taekwondo, you will receive an aerobic workout, develop strenght, speed, balance, flexibility and stamina, while learning traditlional kicking, striking and blocking techniques. Our curriculim includes traditional Poomsae (patterns), weapons, Olympic style sparring, Board breaking, and Self defence techniques.
